Ordering, Shipping, Policies


Buying your next toy should be fast and easy.

In-stock: All in-stock items are available for immediate purchase and fulfillment. Some products have a slightly different stock status, such as pre-order items. These products will be properly marked on their respective pages, along with all relative information.

Out-of-stock: These products are out of stock, but will be back in stock shortly. Please email us for an estimated restocking time.


The store currency is United States Dollars (USD). 


Our priority is getting your new toys to you as safely and as soon as possible. There are several shipping options available from USPS and FedEx for your selection at checkout.

Free shipping in the US on orders over $50. Does not include models (kits and receiver-ready).

Processing Time

All orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on a business day will be shipped out the same day. We will try to ship orders placed after the cut-off time the same day, if we are not able to it will be shipped out the following day.

Products marked as Pre-Orders will have an approximate lead time on the product page.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is quoted when selecting shipping options at checkout.


All orders from this website is shipped from Hayward, California, with the exception of models (kits and receiver-ready). Models will be shipped from our European warehouse.


    Insurance is useful for protecting your order during shipping. Insured packages will be shipped with with insurance, if the package is lost or damaged, we will send you new parts while we help settle the claim with the courier. All Fully-insured packages must have the full value of the package declared when shipping. Non-insured packages have no course of action if the package is lost or damaged. The choice is yours, we do not hold responsibility for packages once shipped.

    If the package of an insured package is visibly damaged during delivery, open in the presence of the shipping company, and sign for the package noting the visible damage. Please take photos of the damage, and send the photos to us to start the replacement process within 5 business days.


    We pay all applicable sales taxes for your orders. What you see is what you pay.


    Most new-in-box products can be returned and refunded (see below for exclusions), minus shipping costs and a 15% restock fee. You must take photos of all the products you wish to refund, and email them directly to us within 5 days of delivery. We will send you a return authorization code, please write down the code on the invoice and include it in your package. Packages without the invoice and RA code will not be eligible for return/refund. Ensure the package is well packaged, and ship it fully insured back to our address.

    Once we have received the items and have made sure everything is in new-in-box condition, we will issue a credit voucher (Gift Card) to your email to use at your next purchase.

    **Due to the delicate and fragile nature of planes (kits and parts), we will require detailed photos to make sure the plane is in good condition before sending you the RA code. 

    **Exclusions: Custom orders are non-refundable.

    Return/refund requests after the 5 days of delivery will be granted at the discretion of ArmSoar Solutions.

    Defective Products

    Should the product be defective (Servo dead on arrival, etc), please send us an email immediately. We will send instructions on how to proceed.

    Small Imperfections

    As all DLG's are handmade with extreme resin control to keep weights down, small imperfections are normal for most models, including some of the top models. Imperfections are only cosmetic and do not affect the structural and aerodynamic abilities of the glider. Imperfections affecting structural integrity and aerodynamic performance will not be shipped.

    Safety and Liability

    Please always exercise the utmost care while constructing and using/flying the products. Follow local guidelines, and we highly recommend joining the local governing body and purchasing their insurance coverage.

    ArmSoar Solutions and all affiliates do not accept any responsibilities for damages caused by use of our products.

    Prices and information

    While all prices and information are kept as accurately as possible, once a while there may be an error (we are human after all!). If you see an error please let us know and we will correct it as quickly as possible. 

    Prices may change without prior notice (does not affect orders already placed) to reflect exchange rate differences and other factors.
